Your focus is realtors, property managers and maintenance companies. You will build relationships with real estate agents and brokerages, residential and commercial property managers, and property maintenance and handyman companies across San Antonio, so that when they find water, fire, mold or storm damage at a listing, rental or client property, they call Lightspeed Restoration first. You will visit brokerages and management offices, present at office meetings, attend local realtor and apartment association events, and stay top of mind with regular check-ins and fast follow-up on every referral. Experience in real estate, property management, maintenance, restoration, or B2B sales is a big plus.
