Forward Deployed Engineer & Trainer (FDET), Palantir Maven / AI & Data Engineering (9967)

Professional Solutions, Inc. (PSCI) is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer & Trainer (FDET) to support a potential U.S. Marine Corps Reserve (MARFORRES) contract in New Orleans, Louisiana. The selected candidate will develop, deploy, and maintain advanced data engineering, artificial intelligence, and operational decision-support capabilities using Palantir Maven Smart System (MSS), Foundry, and AIP.

 

What You'll Do:

·         Develop and maintain enterprise data pipelines using Python, Databricks, Apache Spark, and PySpark.

·         Design and deploy applications using Palantir Maven Smart System, Foundry, and AIP.

·         Develop and govern enterprise data ontologies.

·         Build AI workflows, AIP Logic agents, and operational dashboards.

·         Integrate data from Azure Government, SQL Server, and approved enterprise systems.

·         Develop applications using Python and TypeScript.

·         Provide hands-on technical training and support to Marine Corps personnel.

·         Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and training materials.

·         Collaborate with Government personnel to implement mission-focused technical solutions.

 

Pay rate: $80-90/Hr.

Location: Marine Corps Support Facility, 2000 Opelousas Ave, New Orleans, LA 70114; onsite

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs; core hours 0700–1800; occasional after-hours and Reserve drill weekends; CONUS travel as needed

·         Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

·         CompTIA Security+ certification or higher required.

·         Demonstrated professional experience with Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart System (MSS), and AIP.

·         Advanced Python and TypeScript skills, including Palantir Code Workspaces and Repositories.

·         Proven Databricks and Apache Spark/PySpark experience.

·         Enterprise ontology development and governance expertise.

·         Experience developing AIP Logic agents and human-in-the-loop AI workflows.

·         Experience with Azure Government, SQL Server, and enterprise integration.

·         Strong technical communication, troubleshooting, and training capabilities.

·         Ability to work on-site in New Orleans, Louisiana.
